Witty Games is provided as available, without a promise that every game or saved preference will always remain accessible. Local browser data can be lost when site data is cleared, and private rooms expire automatically.

Age and supervision

If you are not old enough to agree to online service terms where you live, use Witty Games only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian. Do not use personally identifying information as a display name.
